Riot Baby tour announcement!

Ella, Kev, and I are hitting the road!

Tuesday, Jan. 21, we’re kicking things off at RJ Julia Booksellers in Madison, CT.

Wednesday, Jan. 22, I’ll be in conversation with the esteemed, Booker Award-winning, National Book Award finalist Marlon James at The Strand.

Thursday, Jan. 23, the Petworth Library is hosting me for an event with Loyalty Books.

Friday, Jan. 24, come catch me hanging out with the homies Elizabeth Bear and Ken Liu at Brookline Booksmith just outside of Boston, MA.

And on Jan. 30, I’ll be chatting with Tommy Davidson of In Living Color and The Proud Family fame about his memoir Living in Color at the Andrew Freedman Home in the Bronx. The event will be put on by The Bronx Is Reading.

I’ll be signing books at each and every stop! Come through and say hi.

Penguin Teen is going on tour!

Prizes, swag, books, geekery, love and war, war and peace, the meaning of humanity. ALL OF THESE AND MORE at #PTGameNight! Come see me, Rosaria Munda, and Natalie C. Parker talk about our books and other things, challenge us in games of skill and wit, and come away with all types of prizes. We’ll be hitting up Red Balloon Bookshop in St. Paul, MN, Left Bank Books in St. Louis, MO, the Barnes & Noble in Frisco, TX, and Third Place Books in Seattle, WA. If you’re around, do stop by and say hi.

Sunday, Oct. 13, I will be in Nashville at the Southern Festival of Books with Rosaria Munda and Natalie C. Parker, talking about Families in War and Freedom. If you happen to be in Music City, come say hi!

I’ll be at the Bronx Book Festival on Saturday, June 8th!

I have two panels, the first at 2pm, titled Monsters and Transformation in SFF, where I’ll be sitting alongside Wayétu Moore (She Would Be King), Tochi Onyebuchi (Riot Baby), Katharine Duckett (Miranda in Milan), K Arsenault Rivera (The Phoenix Empress). My Tor.com editor, Ruoxi Chen, will be moderating, so you know it will be a good time.

My second panel, Reclaiming Sci-Fi/Fantasy: Imagining New Worlds, at 3pm, will be moderated by Kat Cho (Wicked Fox). We may possibly have too much fun.

This is an incredible, important festival that I’m honored to be a part of. I’ll be signing copies of Beasts Made of Night and Crown of Thunder and there may possibly be ARCs of Riot Baby in attendance. Oh, also, sitting Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor will be there too.

Come through!
